Exercise

Ugh. I ate too large a dinner after coming home from the gym. My stomach is doing flip-flops. I should have known better, but I was really hungry. 15 minutes (1.4 miles) on the elliptical as a warmup, then half an hour doing light weight training. Heavy weight training on the arms to target the 4th-grade-teacher-hanging-flab.

Weight training is a type of exercise which develops the skeletal muscle and physical strength of a person. It is the common kind of resistance training and can be called as the strength training. If properly performed, weight training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being.
