I restarted weight training yesterday…
For the first time in a while I moved back over to weights yesterday instead of my usual elliptical workout. As I figured, I’m weak in quite a few areas but I maxed out the ankle/calf press at 400 pounds…there wasn’t enough weight to add to it. Maybe I can find a few small teenieboppers to hold onto the weight stack while I work out.

The cabin was moist.
Kelly and I just got back from my Grandmother’s cabin up on Little Ossipee Lake in Maine. Out of the blue we decided to make the impromptu journey and visit for the afternoon. Although our original intention was to run to take advantage of the lake, we opted to read our books on the porch and laugh at all the boaters who were getting drenched by the surprise downpours that swept through the valley every few minutes. Once I finished my book and Kelly finished her chapter, we ate dinner and then jumped in the lake to cool off.

I’m using iDVD3 to encode a bunch of DV movies while listening to iTunes. As an added benefit, all of my MP3 and AAC files sound like scratched poppy vinyl while iDVD3 is crunching away doing its thing. Glorious! I feel like I’m at a rave…
