If MeatShake weren’t a hoax, I’m afraid to admit that I’d probably be a loyal customer! Wow…talk about a treat designed specifically for Atkins fanatics!

Snack
- KETO Shake French Vanilla mixed with water and ice
-
Dinner
- 4 slices KETO Low Carb Pizza with mozzarella and homemade pesto (12 carbs)
The KETO Low Carb Pizza dough is incredibly rich and I really didn’t need to eat four slices. Two or three slices would have sufficiently filled me up! It wasn’t until after I finished eating that I realized that I was full.

Eau de toilet…
We have been without a furnished upstairs bathroom for quite a few months now. What originally started as a simple toilet repair turned into a major renovation. At least I’m not the only geek in the world who is chemically incapable of finishing a household repair.

Use your body fat percentage to calculate your real weight.
Sometimes a stall in weight loss can be quite discouraging. Just like it’s important to watch your trend line instead of your weight, it’s also important to keep track of your body fat percentage! The Atkins Cooler
We were away all weekend up in the backwoods of Maine and basically packed a cooler of Atkins-safe goodies. Since there was no real food schedule there really isn’t any point in splitting up the daily food log into breakfast, lunch and dinner. Instead, here is an overview of what was inside the cooler.
- Roast beef
- Cheese (American, provolone, cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)
- Waist Watchers diet soda
- Pure De-Lite chocolates
- Pepperoni
- Bottled water
- Pre-made bagged salad
- Ranch and Italian dressing
- Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon
- Grilled steak
- Miscellaneous other tidbits
The food schedule was rather mixed and we just kind of snacked on the trunk of the car whenever we were hungry from Thursday evening through Sunday morning. The only real meal I consumed was dinner on Friday evening which consisted of cajun blackened steak and nuclear hot wings at the Sunday River Brewing Company.
