Since I slipped up over the weekend I’ll be going back into induction again. It’s no big deal…I had been back on induction anyway. Either way, one slip up every one in a while won’t effect the diet in the long term so it’s nothing to beat yourself up over. As long as my trend line is still on a downwards slope of at least two pounds per week I’m totally happy. I’d like it to be up around three or three and a half pounds, but so be it.
Hey Sean, I read your post on 3FC low carb board and ws very interested in what you had to say. Where can I find info on this Hacker’s diet. This is the first I’ve heard of it.
I was also intrigued by your caaption of Trunkmonkey racing. Never heard of it either, but was fascinated by the web page. I’m a Mustang Mama myself. We own a company that sells parts for Mustangs. http://www.ageclassic.com (by the way we are Corbeau dealers and are manning a both for them at the NMHR asson race next weekend in Ennis Texas)
Tell me about your wife. How much does she need to lose, and is she online anywhere? Is she still working at it? My Dh ole Alvin had WLS last April 19 (2002 a year ago) and has now lost about 230 pounds, it makes my 30 I’ve worked so hard for seem like a drop in the bucket. Oh well, I keep plodding along.
I hope to have time to read a lot more of your journal later today, but right now I’m supposed to be working.
