Namazu – Compiling under Mac OS X and Darwin

After some tinkering I finally got Namazu to compile under Mac OS X. A message on the namazu-users-en mailing list showed a simple one-line patch that takes care of the problem under Mac OS X and Darwin. Thankfully, the patch will be applied to Namazu 2.0.13 so this will no longer be an issue.

iPhotoToGallery 0.2-beta

Zachary Wily has released iPhotoToGallery 0.2-beta, a plug-in for iPhoto 2 that allows albums to be exported directly to Gallery 1.3 Web sites. Although I haven’t actually tried the plug-in yet I’ll endorse it for now simply for the coolness factor. I’ll report back once I do some work with it.
